Section 1

General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ab99bet website located at https://ab99bet.app ("Platform"), including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and support channels. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with ab99bet and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

ab99bet operates as an offshore online gambling platform. The service is provided on an international basis and is intended for use by adult players in jurisdictions where accessing offshore gambling services is not explicitly prohibited. Players in Bangladesh are responsible for understanding and complying with their own local laws regarding online gambling. ab99bet does not provide legal advice, and nothing in these Terms should be construed as a representation that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of ab99bet to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on ab99bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ab99bet is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering under any circumstances.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on ab99bet or on any other platform where a cross-platform exclusion arrangement is in effect.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at any subsequent verification stage.

ab99bet reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include government-issued national ID cards, passports, or driving licences that clearly display your date of birth. Accounts that cannot be age-verified to ab99bet's satisfaction will be suspended until verification is complete, and any balance on a confirmed underage account will be returned to the original deposit source minus any bonus amounts credited.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one active account on ab99bet. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same contact details, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ab99bet will close the secondary accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and may suspend the primary account pending a full review.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide a valid mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. You may also be asked to supply your full legal name and date of birth for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes. All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date. Any material change to your personal details — such as a change of mobile number or payment method — must be communicated to ab99bet support promptly.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ab99bet strongly recommends enabling OTP-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. ab99bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support at [email protected] immediately. ab99bet will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.

KYC Verification

ab99bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method at any time. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed and may be re-requested for subsequent withdrawals above certain thresholds. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being held pending until documentation is received.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

ab99bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers to and from BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted where available.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• The maximum deposit per single transaction is ৳500,000.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited instantly upon confirmation of transfer.
• ab99bet does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are separate and are not ab99bet's responsibility.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the originating source.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within a few hours of the request being approved.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one to three business hours during operating hours.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable KYC verification has been completed.
• ab99bet reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if additional verification or anti-fraud checks are required.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotions Policy

ab99bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload offers, cricket season specials, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The bonus is credited as a percentage match on the qualifying deposit amount. To withdraw funds derived from the welcome bonus, players must complete a wagering requirement. The current wagering multiplier applicable to welcome bonus funds is published on the Promotions page and may be updated from time to time. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable; only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal, subject to completion of wagering requirements.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once via duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another player's account.
• ab99bet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of any bonus already in the process of being wagered by an eligible player.
• Wagers placed on certain game types (e.g., some live dealer games or low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published alongside each promotion.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit from bonus funds, also known as "bonus hunting" — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.

Promotional Communications

By registering an account on ab99bet, you consent to receiving promotional communications relevant to your account activity. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not affect your access to the Platform or your eligibility for bonuses you manually claim.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ab99bet Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraudulent activity: Any form of fraud, including use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Money laundering: Using ab99bet to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of illicit money. ab99bet conducts AML monitoring and will report suspicious activity where legally obligated.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other game format that involves competition between players.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or MFS provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on the Platform.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a software bug, pricing error, or technical malfunction to accumulate credits or winnings beyond what the game rules intend. ab99bet reserves the right to void such transactions and recover any amounts won through exploitation.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Account sharing: Allowing a third party to log in to, deposit into, or place wagers on your account. Each account may only be operated by the registered account holder.
• Underage gambling: Registering or playing on behalf of a person under the age of 18, or permitting a minor to access your account.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

ab99bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious activity has been detected on the account that requires investigation.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires the account to be restricted.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion or a time-out under the responsible gaming tools.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your ab99bet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ab99bet will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion at any time. A self-exclusion permanently closes the account and prevents re-registration from the same contact details and device. Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. ab99bet may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, deducted monthly until the balance reaches zero or the account holder resumes activity. Players will be notified by their registered contact method before inactivity fees begin to apply.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

ab99bet provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we maintain high availability targets and invest in infrastructure redundancy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. ab99bet shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, delayed settlement, connectivity issues outside our infrastructure, or errors caused by third-party payment providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab99bet's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ab99bet is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ab99bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Gambling involves financial risk — players should never wager more than they can afford to lose. ab99bet does not guarantee any particular outcome for any game or betting market.

Game Outcome Disputes

All game outcomes on ab99bet are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by our licensed game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, ab99bet will review the game round logs and provider certification records. The decision of ab99bet following such a review is final. Sports betting outcomes are settled in accordance with official competition results. In-play odds are subject to change prior to settlement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ab99bet holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ab99bet's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of that jurisdiction. Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that by using the Platform they consent to this dispute resolution mechanism.
